In one of the most surreal moments of the pandemic to date I had to go to the Apple Store to have my AirPods Pro replaced. I was reluctant to do it but the only other option was to ship them away for service and be without earphones for weeks. Apple—as you would expect—had an extremely detailed and thorough set of processes to handle entry, check-in, and waiting for service that made me feel comfortable. 

I was temperature checked in a queue outside the door where I had to read and agree to their policies. They made sure I had an appointment and what time. I was then escorted to a specific seating area with separated dots to ensure social distancing while waiting for my appointment. And, in true Apple fashion, they had insanely great hand sanitizer that felt and smelled better than any other that I’ve ever used.

I was in and out fairly quickly with replacement ‘pods which was a delight. Well done.
