A little while back, before numbers skyrocketed again, we took a quick trip over the Wisconsin border to visit the Mars Cheese Castle. While there I discovered they sell beers from Ohio’s Rhinegeist Brewery, which have not come to the Chicago market yet.
So naturally I grabbed a few and I’m rationing them for the time being.
