Despite the (still raging) pandemic, Chicago has reopened bars and restaurants for indoor dining, which people have been more than happy to partake in on Super Bowl Sunday. I placed an order of wings for pickup from Toons to enjoy at home. For what it’s worth all of the staff was masked up and running a tight ship. It’s still surreal to me though to walk into an establishment and see people happily eating and drinking maskless. I think it’ll be a long time before I’m comfortable with that. That said, the wings from Toons are delicious no matter where you eat them.
