Rounded out midnight with Lee, Rebecca, Earl and Beth Ann. We tried ‘miracle berry’ tablets that Earl supplied. They temporarily alter your sense of taste to make sour things taste sweet and other weird changes. We ate lemon slices and they were delicious! Guinness tasted like a chocolate milk shake and strawberries were the best thing ever. Also interesting: tabasco sauce and apple cider vinegar. Both drinkable, both delicious. Very weird. A fun wrap to a strange year and a great introduction to new experiences for the year ahead.
Thanks for following along the last two years. It has been a blast. With this post ‘The Impossible Year’ is officially over. Stay tuned though as I parse through things. I’ll soon start sharing outtakes and experiments related to this project.
