    Kitchen Counter

Polaroid SLR 680 SE/Polaroid Color 600 Just thought this messy array of knives, oils, and spices would be an interesting shot. Like most people. We find ourselves making nearly every meal at home and it’s surreal to me how familiar I’ve gotten with all of these things.

  • Ravenswood Tree

    Ravenswood Tree

Polaroid SLR 680 SE/Polaroid Color 600 Ran some errands with Katie today and after dropping her off I was driving down Ravenswood and just appreciating the landscaped retainer walls on the west side of the tracks. These evergreen trees do wonders to dampen the sound of the trains and to liven up the area. I…

    Josh and Insert Coin

Polaroid SLR 680 SE/Polaroid Color 600 Josh is someone I “met” via Twitter. He formerly worked at Midway Games and has now released a documentary, ‘Insert Coin,’ that details Midway’s story in its heyday. I’ve been looking to acquire a PS5 for a little bit, and Josh tweeted about having an extra one. One thing…

    Blurry Dinos

Polaroid SLR 680 SE/Polaroid Color 600 The Monday after the Super Bowl was a low key one for us. I decided to get creative with the Lego Dinosaur fossil set that sits atop our liquor cabinet.

I placed an order of wings for pickup from Toons to enjoy at home. For what it’s worth all of the…

    Atomic Habits

Polaroid SLR 680 SE/Polaroid Color 600 Found myself tired early so I decided to go to bed early and curl up with a good book. I am loving James Clear’s Atomic Habits right now.

  • Weights

    Weights

Polaroid SLR 680 SE/Polaroid Color 600 Just a normal scene of what it looks like directly to my left while I do my work most days. Every day, I get up, walk into my home office and work out before starting the rest of my day. These 10 lbs dumbbells sit each day in front…

  • Caps

    Caps

Polaroid SLR 680 SE/Polaroid Color 600 The back of our office door has been colonized by the collection of baseball caps that Beth Ann and I have acquired through the years.

  • Plow Pile

    Plow Pile

Polaroid SLR 680 SE/Polaroid Color 600 I just thought this was an interesting contrast as we had a clear blue sky and a massive pile of snow at the end of our easement.

  • Acrylics

    Acrylics

Polaroid SLR 680 SE/Polaroid Color 600 Took some time to clean up the office and now we have good access to paint and brushes by the drawing board.
